US authorities believe several people are dead after a private jet crashed into around 15 homes in San Diego. The plane struck a residential neighbourhood, causing cars to ignite and destroying multiple homes. Officials say all fatalities were aboard the aircraft, but it is not yet clear how many people were on board. Around 100 people have been evacuated due to fuel spills.
