Політолог Олег Саакян у прямому ефірі з Бориславом Березою обговорюють найактуальніші події тижня:
– МВФ прогнозує закінчення війни в Україні у 2025 року. Прем’єр-міністр Великобританії Стармер заявив, що мирна угода може бути підписана до літа. Європейські джерела стверджують, що війна закінчується. На чому базується їхня впевненість?
– Під час зустрічі в Лондоні Україна та європейські союзники сформували свій варіант плану врегулювання російсько-української війни, який передали американській стороні. На прес-конференції в ПАР Зеленський заявив, що цей документ лежить у Трампа на столі. Він містить 5 пунктів:
1. Мирна угода повинна базуватися на міжнародному праві, а не бути формою української капітуляції.
2. Важливо мати чіткі гарантії безпеки як ціну за будь-яку майбутню мирну угоду, згідно з якою Україна передасть територію росії, навіть на тимчасовій основі.
3. Повернути контроль над переговорами від Трампа й знову поставити Україну в центр мирного процесу.
4. Допущення російського контролю над Кримом створює загрозу не лише для України, а й для Туреччини, Румунії та Болгарії в Чорноморському регіоні.
5. Росії не можна дозволити використовувати угоду для обмеження чисельності ЗСУ або оборонно-промислової бази України.
Наскільки цей план реальний і що ховається за другим пунктом?
– Тим часом Reuters повідомляє, що отримав мирний план Трампа під назвою “Рамки російсько-української угоди”, в якому начебто вказана остаточна позиція США для обох сторін. У плані є такі пункти:
1. Постійне припинення вогню. Обидві сторони негайно починають переговори щодо технічного впровадження.
2. Україна отримує надійні гарантії безпеки від європейських держав плюс бажаючих неєвропейських держав.
3.Україна не буде прагнути до НАТО, однако може прагнути членства в ЄС.
4. США де-факто визнають контроль Росії над Кримом, Донецьком і Луганськом, а також над контрольованими Росією частинами Запорізької та Херсонської областей.
5. Україна повертає територію в Харківській області, відновлює контроль над ЗАЕС через контроль та адміністрування станцією з боку США, з розподілом електроенергії в обидві сторони, а також над Каховською дамбою.
6. Україна має безперешкодний прохід по Дніпру та контроль над Кінбурнською косою.
7. США та Україна виконуватимуть угоду про економічне співробітництво/корисні копалини.
8. Україна має бути повністю відбудована та компенсована.
Чи погодяться Україна та Росія на такі умови? Що влаштовує сторони, а що ні?
– Спецпредставник Трампа Стів Віткофф знову приїхав до Путіна. Про що вони будуть говорити та якого результату чекати від цієї зустрічі?
– Під Москвою в Балашисі підірвали заступника начальника Головного оперативного управління Генштабу РФ Ярослава Москалика. Підрив російського генерала у день зустрічі Путіна і Віткоффа – це певний сигнал Кремлю від України? На що натякають українські спецслужби?
– Трамп дав велике інтерв’ю Times на фоні портрета, який йому подарував Путін. В інтерв’ю Трамп заявив, що не вірить у те, що Україна коли-небудь стане членом НАТО. За його словами, саме прагнення України до членства в Альянсі і стало головною причиною вторгнення Росії. Також Трамп заявив, що завершити війну за 24 години не вдалося, однак він впевнений, що війна незабаром закінчиться. Які є шанси на те, що бойові дії дійсно зупиняться найближчим часом? Коли це може статись?
– Lа Repubblica пише, що Україна пропонує провести саміт у Римі в день похорону Папи Римського, на який з’їдуться багато світових лідерів, включаючи Трампа. Наскільки це можливо і чого чекати від такого саміту? І чи чекають Зеленського у Італії?
– “Якщо є якась порада, яку ми чули на багатьох зустрічах тут у Вашингтоні (від симпатиків України), то ця порада звучить так: “Будь-ласка, порадьте вашому президенту менше давати коментарів у ЗМІ. Це не допомагає зараз”, – розповів нардеп Железняк. Якщо таке говорять симпатики України, то може Зеленському варто забути, що він шоумен і згадати, що він президент і почати менше балакати?

VATIKAN, KOMPAS.TV – Puluhan umat berbaris untuk memberikan penghormatan terakhir kepada Paus Fransiskus sebelum hari pemakaman.
Hingga Jumat (25/04) pagi waktu setempat, lebih dari 128 ribu pelayat memberi penghormatan di depan peti jenazah Paus Fransiskus.
Puluhan ribu pelayat telah mengantre selama berjam-jam untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal kepada Paus Fransiskus.
Sejak Jumat (25/04) dini hari, Lapangan Santo Petrus dijaga ketat oleh polisi berkuda, tentara, dan ratusan petugas lainnya.
Badan Perlindungan Sipil Italia menyebut lebih dari 3.000 relawan membantu di gerbang masuk dan di sepanjang rute yang dilalui massa.
Pihak Vatikan mengatakan, 130 delegasi telah dikonfirmasi kehadirannya di hari pemakaman Paus, termasuk 50 kepala negara. Paus Fransiskus akan dimakamkan Sabtu waktu setempat di Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore, Roma, Italia.
