كيكة أفنان اللي ما حدا رح ينساها! كل طبقة فيها سر… واحتفلوا معي بعيد ميلادي!
اليوم عيد ميلادي… بس مستحيل أعمل كيكة عادية!
عملت كيكة كل طبقة فيها بتحكي قصة، وكل لقمة فيها طعم العيد!
بس قبل ما تحكولي “هابي بيرثداي”، احزروا كم صار عمري؟

المقادير والطريقة:
الطبقة الأولى:
• 2½ كوب حليب
• ½ كوب طحين
• ½ كوب حليب بودرة
• ½ كوب سكر
• فانيلا
• صفار بيضة (اختياري)
• 1 مكعب زبدة
• بسكويت مقطع
الطريقة:
نخلط كل المكونات (ما عدا الزبدة والبسكويت) على البارد، ثم نطبخها على نار وسط مع التحريك حتى تتكثف. نضيف الزبدة ونصب الخليط فوق البسكويت المقطع في قالب تشيز كيك ونضغطها جيداً.
الطبقة الثانية (كنافة بالفستق):
• كنافة محمصة
• كريم فستق (بستاشيو كريم)
نخلطهم ونفردهم كطبقة ثانية فوق القاعدة.
الطبقة الثالثة:
• علبة قشطة
• ½ كوب كاكاو بودرة
• ½ كوب حليب بودرة
• ظرف كريم كراميل
• 1½ كوب ماء
نخلط المكونات على البارد، ثم نغليها حتى تثقل. نوزعها كطبقة أخيرة.
الخطوة الأخيرة:
نتركها تبرد بالتلاجة 6 ساعات على الأقل (أو ليلة كاملة)، ونزينها بالفراولة أو أي فواكه مفضلة!
